Return & Exchange Policy

  • We understand that it can be hard to choose online so if, when you receive your item/s, you are not happy with your purchase, send them back to us within 14 days in their original packaging with tags still attached, along with proof of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. All we ask is that you pay for the shipping to return the goods to us.
  • Any orders that were eligible for free shipping will be refunded less the flat rate shipping fee + rural delivery if applicable to your area.
  • If an item is to be exchanged due to incorrect ordering please supply a pre-paid return ticket or satchel with the return of the items or a new delivery fee will need to be charged. (we are a small business and all these costs do impact our bottom line)

Faulty items

  • Many of our products are handmade and as such differ slightly from one item to the next – even within the same design. These minor differences are not faults but the charm of handmade products.
  • If however there is a defect, then please get in touch within 7 days of receipt and we will organise a replacement or solution.
  • Sale items – If an item is on Sale generally the sale is final we can in some cases exchange but this is on a case by case situation.
