â Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be:Unused, unwashed, and unwornIn original conditionWith original tags and packaging intact
â Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or washed items
- Products without tags or original packaging
- Clearance / sale items (if mentioned on product page)
- Innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
đ Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for:Size issuesManufacturing defectsIncorrect product delivered
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
đ If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered.
đ° Refund Policy
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5â7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to:Original payment method (for prepaid orders), orBank transfer / store credit (for COD orders)
âł Please note: banks may take an additional 3â5 working days to reflect the amount.
đ Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), return shipping will be free of cost.
- If the return is due to size or personal preference, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

This helps us resolve the issue faster.

Our products are made using 100% organic cotton.
Minor variations in color, texture, or weave are natural characteristics of organic fabrics and are not considered defects.

- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
