📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Each order goes through a quality check before dispatch.

🇮🇳 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1499
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders below this value
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout and are non-refundable

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes
  • Free shipping on COD orders above ₹1499
  • A COD charge of ₹150 may apply to lower-value orders (shown at checkout)

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
  • You can track your shipment in real time using the provided link

✏️ Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, address modifications are not possible
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order

❗ Delivery Issues & Failed Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply
  • Orders returned to origin (RTO) will be refunded after deducting shipping charges

  • International delivery timelines and shipping charges vary by destination
