At Green Leaf Organics, your child’s comfort and your trust matter to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re happy to help.

✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
    • In original condition
    • With original tags and packaging intact

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Products without tags or original packaging
  • Clearance / sale items (if mentioned on product page)
  • Innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size issues
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Incorrect product delivered
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

👉 If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to:
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
    • Bank transfer / store credit (for COD orders)

⏳ Please note: banks may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect the amount.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), return shipping will be free of cost.
  • If the return is due to size or personal preference, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

⚠️ Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Invoice (if available)

This helps us resolve the issue faster.

🌿 Natural Fabric Disclaimer

Our products are made using 100% organic cotton.
Minor variations in color, texture, or weave are natural characteristics of organic fabrics and are not considered defects.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
